During October, the nation’s eight million smokers will again be encouraged to take part in the mass participation quit attempt – Stoptober.


Research suggests that if you can stop smoking for 28 days, you are five times more likely to stay smoke free, and Stoptober leads smokers through a detailed


step-by-step programme to help them achieve this goal. Every year, around 120,000 smokers in the UK die as a result


of their habit. In fact, smoking kills about six times more people in the UK than road traffic accidents. Smoking harms nearly every organ of the body, causing many diseases, and reduces quality of life and life expectancy.


Hypnotherapy can help If you want to stop smoking but are concerned about the


possibility of cravings or putting on extra weight, then hypnotherapy could be the answer you are looking for.


You may have already tried to stop in the past, and struggled.
