Andy Powell is the Director of Operations for Nursing Corps (NCI), a nationwide provider of industrial and occupational nursing services. He has been providing occupational


nursing services for over 15 years and has served as a DATIA Board member for the past 6 years. Andy is the co-chair of the Member- ship Committee.


Joe Reilly has experience since 1993 in the drug and alcohol testing industry. From 1993-2009, Joe owned and operated Florida Drug Screening, a nationally


recognized third party administrator for drug and alcohol testing programs. Serving for 9 years on the board of directors of DATIA, he had the honor and privilege of serving as the


Chairman of the DATIA board from 2004-2008. Joe has returned to DATIA Board of Directors and serves as co-chair of the Membership Committee. He is the Senior Compliance Officer for USA Mobile Drug Testing based in Tampa, FL. He is also the President and CEO of a new business—National Drug Screening.
