out re-keying of information as much as possible, reducing error and speeding processing, and HavenStar’s EPoS module is proving its worth at Premier’s busiest locations where operations require transaction processing. Considerable time re-keying customer information will also be saved through HavenStar’s integration with Meter-MACS which Premier uses to measure and record metered services such as electricity supply. Using the DockMaster module on iPads is another advance that will save duplication of effort. It is also a much better way of carrying out checks than exposing clip boards and paper tick-boxes to wind and rain on the dock-side.
