QROOI 2013 Horse of the Year Scores at Remington Park

his Horse of the Year title at Ajax Downs last year by Bryn Robertson, raced at Remington Park in Oklahoma during the last couple of months, competing against some pretty tough company. He had 3 starts and achieved 5th place in the Eas- tex Stakes, 4th place in the Leo Stakes, and in his last start, won the 400 yard Ben Hudson Appreci- aton Allowance. His efforts earned him close to $26,000, bringing his lifetime total to $120,900. Congratulations to all his connections! This attractive 4 year old gelding is owned

by Carol and Jaime Robertson and Dr. Charles Hall. “Eagle”, as he is known around the barn, was a $10,000 purchase at the 2011 Heritage Place Yearling Sale. He is by the good young sire One Famous Eagle and out of Quick Glass by Royal Quick Dash. One Famous Glass has returned home to Ontario, and we look forward to watching him run in the upcoming season at Ajax Downs.
