The Vamps

Following on from the success of One Direction and 5 Seconds Of Summer, The Vamps are looking to cash in on the teen/fun- pop market with their debut album, ‘Meet The Vamps’. Having already had two top five singles, and with a UK tour scheduled for the autumn, this four piece are aiming for further chart domination.

Altered Sky Altered Sky, whose front- woman Ana has often been compared to Hayley Williams of Paramore, have a growing Facebook and Twitter fan- base. Currently in the studio working on their upcoming debut album, their name may not yet have reached the ears of many, but with

the determination and ambition of artists far more experienced than them, combined with their regular posts on YouTube, their aim is clear – to be themselves, to give their fans a good time, and to create rocky, feel good music for all.

Screaming Match

Need some songs to scream along to? Brisbane trio Screaming Match will be right up your alley. With primal beats at the heart of their music, their short, sharp songs, notably ’$40’, reminiscent of Nirvana in places, may leave you feeling on the verge of euphoria. With no releases scheduled as yet, their fan- base derives from those who attend their live shows – check out some footage

on YouTube and devour and enjoy at your leisure.

Clean Bandit

Having already secured the biggest selling January single since 1996’s ‘Spaceman’ by Babylon Zoo with ‘Rather Be’, Clean Bandit, the quartet from Cambridge, are already on the radar of most music fans. But that’s not to say they’re satisfied. Riding a wave of success and with album ‘New Eyes’ due for release, a busy summer of entertaining the masses must surely lie ahead.

More and more talent is emerging, despite the fierce competition for fans and audiences, a listenership may beckon no matter what.
