The 2013 Business Plan outlined how we would achieve our key objectives. The Business Plan was divided into six portfolio areas, with each Board Member responsible for an area. Through determination and hard work the key objectives were met and the key aims achieved.
The IPS Board considered our performance against the strategy and business plan 2013 and members have commented on their specific portfolio areas in the following pages.
