Poject is organised by students and for students, offered at the lowest cost possible. This way, students get a summer experience for as little as 140 euros. You can find details at

Personal and Professional Development
AEGEE offers different opportunities for personal development. Through a set of training courses, its members can acquire skills and competences in project management and leadership, in addition to being trained in more concrete fields like Public Relations, Human Resources Management, and Public Speaking.
The biggest learning effect comes from realising one's own ideas through large- scale projects. AEGEE members work on current issues that affect and move them.
Examples of this are projects like Europe on Track, where 6 ambassadors travelled 10,000 km around Europe asking youth what their views of the future, and the Y Vote 2014 campaign for
the European Elections that has involved more than 40,000 youths by May 2014.
By managing these and other projects, AEGEE members gain skills that are in demand in the job market and set them apart from other candidates with a similar academic profiles.
The transition from
education to employment is sometimes complicated for young Europeans, therefore an experience like the one AEGEE provides can be the key to getting their desired jobs.
This experience counts later on, as it has been proven in the organisation's Impact Study: 4 out of 5 AEGEE alumni stated that being a member helped them gain employment, and one- third are currently holding management positions. 1 in every 3 members have worked for an EU institution, or an organisation closely related to it.
This shows that there are alternatives to internships that offer the practical experience universities cannot provide.
Making Europe Your Home
Besides personal and professional development, AEGEE gives you the opportunity to travel on a unique journey. You will meet and build a network of Europeans from 40 different nationalities, spanning vast geographical distances from the Canary Islands to Helsinki and from Madeira to Samara.
