Natural Nutmeg Announces the Launch of the Book Collaboration, “Essential Remedies for Women’s Health”
N
atural Nutmeg is publishing a highly informative book collaboration entitled, Essential Remedies for Women’s Health: 12 Natural Health Practitioners Share Their Wisdom and Insight. A collaboration of 12 authors local to Connecticut, this book comes at a time
when women need answers to enable them to take better care of themselves and their families. Each chapter of the book is written by a healthcare professional that specializes in a particular condition, treatment or preventive measure. While this book is not all-encompassing, it hits on major women’s health issues, including adrenal fatigue, thyroid disease, candidiasis, gut disorders, and urogenital disorders and provides preventive treatments for breast health, pre-pregnancy and pregnancy, with additional topics on nutrition, skincare, mind/body medicine, and stress reduction. The book will be released in mid-late April and may be purchased from each of the authors individually. Come to the Fairfield County
Women’s Expo in Stamford on April 26 & 27 for a book signing and to meet the authors. For more information, visit
