MARTINIS ABOVE FOURTH TABLE + STAGE
AND THEY DO MEAN + STAGE!
by joel martens We all know (and really, really love) the myriad
selection of addictive long-stemmed concoctions available atop this most appealing second-story perch, supplied by the seemingly endless supply of attractive young Adoni. The only difficulty is which of the over 100 award-winning specialty martinis to choose. And when to say no—to the martinis that is—we’ll leave the attractive young Adoni to their own devices. Couple that with Martinis Above Fourth’s (MA4)
eclectic menu highlighting American cuisine with seasonal flavors, showcasing the culinary craft of Executive Chef Rodney V. Robinson and one’s fate is sealed for a fantastic evening any night of the week.
Though I think we might have missed one of the senses… We all know that MA4 offers great weekend
entertainment and ticketed performances that have included recording artist Sam Harris, nine- time Grammy winner and founding member of The Manhattan Transfer, jazz vocalist Janis Siegel, comic and actress Judy Tenuta, Emmy-Award winning ac- tor Leslie Jordan, Broadway and television star Telly Leung, just to name a few. Starting in March however, in addition to ticketed
shows and special events, MA4 will have live, no-cov- er entertainment on the Main Stage, increasing the schedule of shows from weekends only to seven nights a week!
The no-cover weekly line up is as follows: • Musical Mondays - With Encore Vocal Ensemble
