Wellfit Institute Wellfit is a discovery-based, expe- riential, multidisciplinary approach to health and fitness founded by Jill Wheeler, a psychotherapist and life coach, who specializes in creating transformational and empowerment experiences for individuals, groups and communities. Wheeler will host the first of three Authentic Power Workshop Series events to help individuals change their habits and thoughts in order to prepare for and enjoy the holidays.


The Next Chapter, November 16. Start a new chapter in life that creates more freedom, joy and success by learning how to change habits and thoughts that keep you rereading the same chapter. Includes lecture, discussion, meditation and yoga.


From Worrier to Warrior, December 2. Resolve to make the holidays sparkle brighter than ever. Includes discussion, body-centered meditation and yoga techniques for stress reduction, energy restoration and presence.


Feeding the Wolf Within, January 18. Based on the Cherokee parable of two wolves that reside within, explore the tra- ditional wisdom and how it can be used to access authentic power with courage and consciousness. Includes lecture, discus- sion and meditation.
