fit Institute Authentic Power Workshop Series, from 1 to 4 p.m., November 16, in Naples. Featuring a lecture, discus- sion, meditation and yoga, the workshop prepares attendees for the holidays by changing habits and thought patterns. The second workshop, From Worrier to Warrior, covers stress reduction and rejuvenation tips to effectively transi- tion into the New Year and takes place from 5:30 to 8 p.m., December 2. Feeding the Wolf Within, the final installment in the series, uses a Cherokee parable to bolster courage and consciousness from 1 to 4 p.m., January 18. Attendees of all workshops are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes and bring a journal.
