Throughout December, enjoy a festive disco or casino party night in the lavish Hampshire suite. Filled with Christmas cheer, celebrate in style with a delicious three-course meal and music from our resident DJ. At a casino party night, take a gamble on the roulette or play the blackjack tables. Each weekend in December our carvery disco parties in the Brasserie take you back to a different era, from the swinging 60s and sparkling 70s, through to the sounds of the ‘noughties’.
For fans of live music, we have two very special tribute nights. On December 7, “Pure Magic” perform an amazing tribute to Queen and Freddy Mercury, while on December 21 “Motown Legacy” faithfully reproduce the sounds of Motown and classic soul hits. Each night includes a sumptuous three course meal and disco.
Christmas Day cooking can be stressful, so let the Apollo take the strain. With a Champagne reception for the adults, and non-alcoholic cocktails for the kids, the Apollo ensures everyone has a special Christmas Day. Enjoy a three-course Carvery feast for lunch, your table decked with hats and crackers. After dinner, Father Christmas himself visits to deliver a gift to every child. And the Christmas indulgence does not stop there: our AA rosetted, fine- dining restaurant, Vespers, offers the ultimate in luxury festive fare, with a sophisticated Champagne reception
and six-course lunch in warm and intimate surroundings.
Last but not least is the final date in everyone’s festive calendar – New Year’s Eve, and at the Apollo it is sure to be a cracker. Our Monte Carlo or Bust dinner dance is perfect to see in the new year in style. Try your hand at roulette and blackjack with our professional croupiers, then relive memories of childhood, challenging friends and family on our giant Scalextric track. After a delicious six-course dinner, dance the night away before the countdown to midnight, toast the new year with Champagne to the sound of our traditional piper and indulging in a croque monsieur to end your night.
