Bentley Berkshire sponsors a day to remember
Over 70 members together with their invited guests enjoyed perfect playing conditions at Bearwood Lakes on September 7 for the annual Men’s Invitation Golf Day
The competitors were given an added incentive to play well this year courtesy of an outstanding prize put up by Bentley Berkshire. The winning member and his very happy guest collected a two-day experience of a lifetime at Archerfield Golf Links, to be played later this month. The prize included; chauffeur-driven Bentley to Heathrow airport, return flights to Edinburgh, chauffeur-driven Bentley to Archerfield links, two nights luxurious accommodation at Archerfield House, practice competition and complimentary rounds on both Archerfield championship courses plus the opportunity to invite partners to enjoy the on-site spa!
So who were the fortunate pair to walk away with the magnificent first prize? That honour went to Ker Anderson and Mark Lavender

Our relationship with Bearwood Lakes goes from strength to strength and it was nice to see not just our gleaming Bentley’s on display but also a couple of GT’s parked in the member’s car park. Although I am not a golfer, I did see some excellent driving on the course and we hope to see a few more Bearwood Lakes members driving our luxury cars in the future. It was a terrific day all round.”
who carded a fantastic score of 45 points. Spare a thought for last year’s captain, David Bosomworth and his guest, Mark Thomas who occupied the runners-up spot with 42 points in the better ball stableford format.
