Final countdown for Thames Valley Property conference


150 plus delegates have already signed up to attend the annual Thames Valley Property Forum to be held at Ascot Racecourse on September 12 celebrating all aspects of the Thames Valley commercial, industrial and logistics property market. The one day conference will present five sessions on the major investments and developments happening across the region and will also be a showcase for all those interested in investing, developing or supplying services to the commercial, industrial and retail property markets in the Thames Valley


Presentations and briefings will include sessions on the future plans for the redevelopment of Station Hill in Reading, review of the changing nature of the occupational mix across the Thames Valley, update on WRAtH rail connection to Heathrow and the Heart of Slough project, further details on the Bracknell Regeneration scheme to re-develop the town centre and finally an overview of the Heathrow Airport debate and the implications for the region of a move towards a hub airport solution following the Davies Commission. Finally, a session on the changing nature of the occupier mix in the Thames Valley which is moving away from offices towards logistics, industrial and other types of tenants.


New this year will be the launch by Hicks Baker of the 2013 edition of the Reading Development and Investment Review which will be the 11th update of this major report. This was originally published in 1996 and is the only research of its type providing an overview of both the commercial and residential property markets as well as putting Reading into its regional and economic context. A copy of the Reading Development and Investment Review 2013’ will be provided free to all delegates.
