A wonderful nursery for your little one!


ucton Nursery is an integral part of Lucton School, a co-educational, independent day and boarding school situated in beautiful rural Herefordshire.

The Nursery is well established with most of the staff having been with the nursery for a long time. It has three main rooms divided by age: The Baby Room up to 2 years, The Little Ladybirds Room for children 2 - 3 and The Transition Class for 3+.


Lucton Nursery has a garden with an outdoor classroom covered area and the use of the prep school playground. They also have access to the extensive school grounds which includes sports fields, activity hall, adventure playground, Forest School, woodland, orchard and indoor swimming pool.


As most of the children’s parents are working, they consequently open virtually all year round Monday to Friday 8am until 6pm. A range of short sessions, full days or half days, with or without lunch are offered to cater for individual requirements.
