The hub of this concept is the "HANG Training System," a versatile floor-mounted anchoring solution designed for use with a wide variety of func- tional exercise tools. The system acts as the perfect hub for the TRX Suspension Trainer, TRX Rip Trainer, Resistance Bands, Battling Ropes and other highly effective bodyweight training tools like the Lebert Buddy System and Lebert Equalizer. A key feature of the HANG Training System is the patented Power Step which provides enhanced user stability and added safety for youth and beginner users. In addition, each Power Step provides varying de- grees of resistance ranging from 40 to 80 per- cent of the user’s own bodyweight. The HANG Training System requires just a 12’ x 12’ area while in use and only one square foot of floor space while not in use. For more information, visit www.hangtraining.com
