he BAO Institute for Healthy Living offers outstanding classes, facilities and equip- ment in the Halton Hills, Ont.,
functional- and martial-arts-inspired training, etc., – we feature all of the above (and then some) under one roof. You’ll never get bored or need to go anywhere else. Our partnership with the Town of
Halton Hills lets members add on our exclusive BAO Swim Aqua Pass, which gives them access to swimming and aqua fitness classes at the local Gellert Pool and Acton Pool. At BAO we don’t believe in gim-
micks. Instead, we focus on sensible healthy-living solutions for sustain- able healthy-living results. And that goes for everyone, members who are
fit and unfit, sick and well, young and mature, novice and expert. Here at BAO, zen yogis, cancer patients, hard- core bodybuilders and everyone else – all train side by side.
Fitness BAO Fit, our system of training pro-
grams (one-on-one, small group and semi-private) is highly effective be- cause of the variety it offers. These programs include Boot Camp, Muay Thai kick boxing, Hang Tight suspen- sion training (with gym rings) and Kettle Bell, the toughest, most de- manding program yet.
