t IHRSA Las Vegas the company introduced Technogym Ecosystem, a new vision for the industry which
integrates the new ARTIS range, UNITY interface and mywellnesscloud open platform. Technogym Ecosystem and UNITY android-based console are both open-API- based allowing app developers to design their own apps working with Technogym equipment and platform. Technogym Ecosystem aims to offer
operators a range of interconnected products, services, content and programs for the management of their members whether they’re inside or outside the club. Clubs will be able to offer their members “wellness on the go” packages and connect with them on Technogym equipment anywhere in world or via personal devices mywellness key, mobile phone, tablet, smart TV, PC, etc. Technogym also introduced ARTIS,
a complete line of cardio, strength and functional equipment designed to be fully integrated to the platform. With ARTIS, members can access and enjoy all of Technogym Ecosystem’s potential thanks to the new UNITY interface for android. UNITY, the new Technogym android-
based cardio equipment console, is a platform open to developers who will be able to use dedicated APIs to design their app. All apps will be available to operators in the Technogym App Store. End users can log in to UNITY and find their own world: their personal training program, their training data track record, web bookmarks, social networks, etc. The UNITY console is fitted with a webcam enhancing users’ interaction with the club and with their favourite contacts while they are training. Technogym has also announced app
compatibility with Mapmyfitness and Runkeeper allowing the user to experience full connectivity between apps and Technogym equipment.
