By placing equal emphasis upon
strength, endurance and flexibility, members can train harder, yet recover quicker with reduced risk of injury. For those with special requirements – or who want to achieve the best results in the least amount of time – our person- al trainers come highly recommended.
Nutrition You can exercise all day, but if
you’re not eating well you’ll never see results. That’s why BAO offers an in- house naturopathic doctor. Members complete a bio-individual nutritional protocol and receive additional sup- port from our personal trainers, most of whom are also certified nutrition and wellness specialists. Visit our newly renovated BAO
Fuel Café and enjoy an energizing smoothie while stocking up on essential nutritional supplements. Not sure which supplements are right for you? Our healthy-living consultations can help you customize a regimen specific to you and your body.
Wellness Unwind in our sauna before and
after a deep-tissue massage from our registered massage therapist. Practice meditative breathing while our per- sonal trainers help you enjoy the bene- fits of our spine-lengthening inversion table. Whatever you need, we’re here to help you to recover, recuperate and rejuvenate your body, mind and soul.
