editor’s comment Dear Reader,
Welcome to the latest issue of CPD SPECIFIER, the magazine for DCE delegates.
Well, 2013 is now well and truly under way. Despite all the weather problems, we had 6ft snowdrifts at the DCE offices and evidence of snow as late as April 15! The first tranche of DCE CPD Networking events for 2013 have all been staged without too many difficul- ties and weather disruptions!
In fact, by the time you read this we will
be almost a third of the way through the 2013 programme of 60 dates.
The 2013 tour has a new theme, MEET THE EXPERTS, with Problem Solving Product Presentations from a range of excellent technical speakers provided by the companies taking part.
We are encouraging delegates to bring their projects for discus- sion with these well qualified presenters. Please seek solutions for your building and construction problems and dilemmas from these same technical professionals.

CPD Specifier is also full of good technical information with many of the editorials supplied by the companies who give seminar presenta- tions.
