TECHNOLOGY providers

mobile platform into the bridge so now it integrates with all the trading platforms. Development went on and in June 2012 we decided to acquire the company. Few companies have done mobile platforms not the correct way and Metaquotes

closed them down.

So there’s now a big gap available for mobile platforms.

FXTM Do you also have a desktop client?

TH The next version of the mobile platform is going to be a desktop version for Mac first, the Mac OSX doesn’t have a good trading platform and we will also add Windows and Android.

FXTM Is the release schedule for these applications already planned?

TH Yes. Q2 2013.

FXTM How is Fair Trading Technolog y structured in terms of head office, branches and staff ?

TH We have offices in London and in New York. And the development office is in Sweden. In the core team we have 14 people but if you count the complete team with all the resources we have 56 people.

FXTM Can you work with any broker ?

TH Yes. We’re centralizing the trading account. So from the broker’s perspective it gets very easy to offer all platforms, let the customer choose. It will help them retain customers, it will help them to acquire new customers and it will help them because they can see and spot each and every individual in the flow, which they can’t today. Today they see a stream of orders, they don’t know who placed what order. When you can see the customer placing each and every order if you have a certain customer you don’t make any money on, or it’s a toxic flow for you, the system now sees that, so you can take the appropriate measure and round that to the liquidity pool, which is accepting the toxic flow, instead of punishing all of them by just widening the spread, which is how they do it today. Another

interesting thing with

that system is that because of the centralized trading account and the flow management you can now add a number of these management tools on top of this.

FXTM Can you add components such as CRM solutions to the hub?

FX

TH Yes, we are building a CRM and furthermore we’re also building APIs for any other CRM systems because big brokers already have an existing CRM system.

FXTM What

makes Fair Trade

Technology different from other bridge providers?

TH Most of our competitors are still in the game of delivering MT4 connected to something. It’s a pure, simple bridging integration technology. The bridge itself, is not part of the solution, it’s part of the problem. It creates a different difficult way for brokers to expand their technology. With our complete solution it’s more of a middleware or a hub, a centerpiece software which allows them to very quickly add and change, and adapt to what the customers need. Most brokers could have a multi-generation of clients. They have the traders,

these are

the consumer clients. They have a number of white labels, they have a number of IB networks and the food chain gets kind of long. Now they can see the complete transactions through every layer on that. It helps them to deduce the operation costs, it helps them to become more profitable on the flow management side.
