To help you keep up to date with discounts whilst on the move, NUS extra has launched a brand new offi cial NUS extra app that is available on both iPhone and Android phones. It is the essential saving companion for all students, and it is completely FREE.
The NUS extra app allows card holders to see exactly how and where they can save money with the latest Geolocation/nearfi eld technology so students will never miss out again no matter where they are in the UK. So whether you are hitting the shops for a new outfi t, heading out for a bite to eat, or simply wanting to check out the best places to go to save £££s both online and on the high street using your NUS extra card, this new app is a must have!
With the new app you can search by keyword, category or location to fi nd the best deals nearby. You can also personalise your app by creating your own lists so all your favourites are at your fi ngertips. You can even ask it a question!
The app also keeps card holders up to date with new discounts as soon as they go
live, and can even link up to Facebook and Twitter so you can share off ers with your mates. There are also plans to add additional features to the app including being able to upload your own local discounts to share with other users.
