With copied extract from the Belfast Telegraph, 9 May 1918, which also bears his photograph:‘1735 Private James A. Loughlin, North Irish Horse, has been awarded the Military Medal for a gallant act in the face of the enemy under heavy fire. He is the son of Mr James A. Laughlin, 38 Berlin Street, Belfast and grandson of the late Councillor J. A. Laughlin (Woodvale Ward). He is 20 years of age, and was employed at Messrs. Private J. Rourke, 1/6th Battalion Northumberland Fusiliers entered the France/Flanders theatre of war on 31 October 1915. Later served as a Corporal in the Tank Corps. With copied m.i.c. which states that his 1914-15 Star trio was forfeited in February 1921.

Frederick Tinmouth was born in Bromley-by-Bow, Middlesex and enlisted at Whitstable, Kent. With the East Kent Regiment he entered the France/Flanders theatre of war on 7 October 1915 (awarded the 1914-15 Star trio). With the 8th Battalion he was awarded the Military Medal. Later transferred to the Labour Corps, he died at home on 21 October 1918, aged 42 years. He was buried in the Brookwood Military Cemetery, Surrey. Frederick Tinmouth was the husband of Grace Florence Tinmouth, of 10 Albert Road, West Kilburn, London. With copied m.i.c., gazette extracts and casualty details.

William Gill was born in and enlisted at Stanley, Co. Durham. Serving with the Durham Light Infantry he entered the France/Flanders theatre of war on 25 August 1915. Awarded the M.M. whilst serving with the 12th Battalion. As a Corporal in the 12th battalion, attached to the 23rd Divisional Provost Marshal, he died in Italy on 12 October 1918, aged 31 years. He was buried in the Montecchio Precalcino Communal Cemetery Extension, Italy. With copied m.i.c. and casualty details.
