Tessie McCabe Hosts Workshops at Salt Cave

T Tessie McCabe

essie McCabe, owner of Sacred Rites and The Temple of the Divine Mother, in Flagstaff, Arizona, is hosting two workshops at the Salt Cave, in Naples. The facilitator of the Flower of Life Egyptian Mystery School (FOL) will conduct a Clearing the Land Geobiology workshop on March 9 and 10, and an Awakening the

Illuminated Heart workshop from March 14 to 17, all from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Attendees of the first program will learn how to use sacred geometry’s quan- tum tools of light, sound and vibrations to clear pollution, geopathic stress and harmful electronic energies from their living environments to restore harmony and balance, and become certified environmental therapists. The second workshop focuses on the work of the FOL, founded by Drun-

valo Melchizedek, that activates an individual’s Mer-Ka-Ba, or Light Body, one’s Ascension vehicle, via a specific meditation. Of the meditation, McCabe says, “Your heart and mind work together in Oneness with all life, where the under- standing of the connectedness and origin of all life is presented through sacred geometry. I have been initiating students into this transformational wisdom to connect with their higher selves and experience their Light Body, raising their frequency and consciousness to also better support our beloved Mother Earth in her ascension process.”

Costs: March 9-10, $390 ($350 prior to Mar. 5); Mar. 14-17, $440 ($390 prior to Mar. 5). Location: 4962 Tamiami Tr. N. For more information or to register, call 239-403-9170 or visit SaltCave.us. See ad, page 14.

Hypnosis Offered at Eyes Wide Open Center

L

inda Cupit, ARNP, CHT, is host- ing a class on hypnosis at 6 p.m., March 8, at Eyes Wide Open Holistic Center, in Bonita Springs, to explain the therapy’s benefits and demonstrate relaxation tech- niques. Cupit conducts hypnosis sessions at the center to help clients lose weight, quit smoking or reduce stress.

During an initial session, Cupit explains the procedure and works with the client to devise a treat- ment plan. The number of sessions needed to effect a positive outcome varies individually. Cupit complemented her 30

years as an award-winning nurse, educator, consultant and hospital administrator in New York City, in- cluding setting up wellness centers, by studying qigong in China and hypnosis at the New York Center for Hypnosis. She is certified as a consulting hypnotist by the Nation- al Guild of Hypnotists, the world’s largest professional organization for practitioners. Cupit says, “I believe Eyes

Wide Open is at the forefront of a new concept in health care that understands the need to embrace complementary and alternative health options, such as hypnosis, yoga, meditation, massage and aro- matherapy [to help] prevent illness, cultivate well-being and maintain inner peace.”

Class fee: $18. Location: 9200 Bo- nita Beach Rd., Ste. 202. For more information or an appointment, call 239-948-9444 or visit Eyes- WideOpenC.com. To receive a 40 percent discount on some services during March, mention the ad on page 44.
