A
cclaimed vocalist and songwriter Arnold McCuller will headline this spring’s Alive in the World Concert, benefiting Eden Autism Services
Florida, at the Philharmonic Center for the Arts Daniels Pavilion, in Naples. The event kicks off at 6 p.m., April 26, with cocktails, food and a silent auc- tion, followed by a performance by the Community School Naples all-star rock band at 8 p.m., a live auction and Mc- Culler’s performance. McCuller’s rich and distinctive
vocals may be most associated with his 30-year collaboration with James Taylor, because he is often featured in live performances of Taylor’s song, Shower the People. McCuller has been one of the music industry’s most popular session singers and has graced the recordings of such stars as Phil Collins, Aretha Franklin, Diana Ross, Luther Vandross, Bonnie Raitt, Linda Ronstadt, Bette Midler, Lionel Ritchie, Dave Koz, Billy Idol, Lyle Lovett and Beck, among others.
