In addition to personalized training and fitness programs, the new facility offers Muscle Activation Therapy (MAT) via two certified staff trainers. MAT can help reduce pain, facilitate healing and enhance mobility without the use of needles—it utilizes pressure to reactivate muscles that may have stopped working efficiently and includes ongoing muscle activation exercises to continue to increase strength and reduce the likelihood of injury recurrence.
