Dietary Counseling Now Available at Skinny Pantry

he Skinny Pantry is heralding the New Year with additional ser- vices geared to optimal well-being. The healthy grocery store in Fort My- ers, which specializes in low-carb, gluten-free and other specialty foods, is now offering dietary counseling by appointment, and owner Terry Foster was recently certified as a health and nutritional counselor with the California Board of Registered Nursing. Providing expanded wellness scan- ning and more focused, personalized advice on determining the best vitamins and supplements for each customer, bolstered by her additional knowledge, enables the store to be, “…even more effective in helping those with restricted diets and health concerns, working with food intolerances and weight loss, and providing an all-around wellness center,” says Foster.
