Free pasty for
first 100
PEOPLE in Camborne are being offered the chance to beat poverty and have their say in the policing of their communities when a Cornwall Council roadshow comes to town.

The ‘Know Your Right… there is such a thing as a free lunch’ sessions take place in Camborne One Stop Shop on Friday, Octo- ber 12, between 10.30am-4.30pm and a free pasty will be pro- vided for the first 100 members of the public who are on site at 1pm.
Aim
The aim of the ses- sions is to provide ad- vice and support to: ● Increase benefit uptake
● Reduce personal debt

MEGAN Hopgood and Scott Dominguez, Re- druth School’s star BMX riders, recently returned from the na- tional championships with a fantastic collec- tion of trophies and honours.

the girls’ 13-14 race and seventh in the se- ries, while Scott won the boys’ 13-14 cruiser race and the cruiser series, as well as com- ing sixth in the boys’ 20” series.
