F l y n n’s (Potomac) horse Dr. Drumiller has already earned two qualifying scores in the Four- Year-Old divisions. Ridden by Flynn’s son Matt Flynn, (a Seneca Pony Club graduate now based in New Jersey), Dr. Drumiller start- ed out the season on February 8 by winning the YEH competition at Longwood Farm in Ocala, Florida. T e Irish Sport Horse gelding by Lord Z scored an 83.45; he is out of Cabaca, the same dam as 2009 East Coast YEH Champion Five-Year-Old Breakthrough. “I’m really excited about this horse. In the YEH shows, the highest score (out of 100) is the win- ner. On April 1, the gelding impressed judges again, winning at T e Ark in Monroe, North Carolina with a score of 79.91. At both competitions, these scores were at least three points higher than the second place horse. More recently, Matt competed the horse at the Seneca Valley Pony Club Spring Horse Trials, placing third on a dressage score of 26.1.
