where you will find a great sandy beach, big shady trees, a concession, covered picnic tables, BBQ pits, bathrooms, a play area and change rooms, has been a long-time favourite for visitors as well as residents from neighbouring Salmon Arm. The lake maintains an average temperature of 21 degrees Celsius (70 Fahrenheit) from June to September, making it popular with swimmers and water adventurers. The community of Canoe is
actually comprised of much more than the splendid waterfront - visitors are also drawn to the variety of recreational activities it offers. The Canoe Village Market has the convenience of a large grocery store, a liquor agent, ATM and ice machines. Situated just opposite the government wharf - which was recently rebuilt - with
