7. Heralds Bay – Log boom in the center - stay clear and watch for stray logs.
8. Herald Provincial Park - Named after the homestead of the Herald family. Reinecker Creek flows through the park near the point. When going upstream to the beautiful Margaret Falls, stay on the wooded trails as this is a rehabilitation area. For years the falls were known as Reinecker Falls and then renamed Margaret Falls, after the first white woman who visited the falls in the 1800’s. It is a beautiful ten minute walk in a lush forest with several small bridges. Behind the icy waters of the falls is a cave for the adventurous of heart. Vehicle and boat access to beautiful beaches and beaching areas: 119 vehicle assessable campsites, picnic tables, washrooms, a sani-station, drinking water, showers and campfires. The beach area is closed from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m daily. A very beautiful park and area. For reservations call 1-800-689-9025. There is a public boat launch in the east end of the park by Heralds Bay. Small boats park in the centre and houseboats at the north end. No overnight mooring of boats.
9. Ashby Point – Very nice setting with private beaches and docks - no beaching for one half mile east or west.
10. Log Boom – Stay clear of the area and watch for stray logs. Do not enter the log boom area.
11. Private beaches and docks with rocky shores - no beaching west to the mill or east for one half mile.

4. Hart Creek is just west of this area. Private beaches and docks - no beaching for one mile west and east.
5. Paradise Point Marine Park - Boat access with lots of nice beaching areas in the west bay. Beach with care where the beaches have been cleared. Pit toilet are provided. No vehicle access.
6. Paradise Point – A beautiful setting as the name suggests. Knight Creek is at the point - no beaching for one half mile east or west.
13. Respect the private beaches to the east of the “red–white–red” post with a sign saying “Cable” just across the tracks.
14. Private beaches and docks for one half mile west and east - no beaching.
15. There is a cement retainer wall for CP Rail. The tunnel name came from the Native word “Mowitch” meaning “deer.” Rocky shores - beach with care for one half mile west and east. The banks provide shelter from south winds.
