A NEOCLASSICAL GILTWOOD CENTRE TABLE, early 19th century, in the manner of Del Vecchio of Dublin, regilt with later rectangular green, red and cream onyx marble top, the frieze carved with bands of anthemion and centred on either side by a portrait medallion within winged mermaid scrolls and on four leopard-headed acanthus carved winged monopodia and on foliate and entrelac carved square supports joined by bowed stretchers carved with further bands of entrelac and berried laurel leaf foliage centred by a similar boss, re-gilt, 35”h x 64”w x 33 3/4”d (89cms x 163cms x 86cms).
