life and their responsibility within the entirety, there is awareness of the partnership with their own feminine aspect and the feminine aspect as a whole. This partnership is balanced and respectful. Men are worthy of the esteem and love given to them by all that is feminine. The partnerships that result are whole and complete with wide ranges of attributes and expectations. Authenticity begins by becoming aware of the parts that have been taken based on duality or the simplistic and defensive expecta- tions of the masculine. Find these parts, honor them, and begin healing yourself. This is a great place for the warrior! Fight for wholeness, and the opportunity to receive and grow. Fight for integrity, impeccability, balance, and respect for all. Integrate these qualities; they are a part of you and who you are. Be your own hero. Celebrate the continuum, the many faceted parts of an authentic life. Your connection to the whole of eternity is right there in front of you, waiting for you. You are the one you have been waiting for!
Julie Palmer is a Mesa carrier, studying this form of spiritualism in depth with Peruvian shaman/ teacher, Jose Luis Herrera. Her frequent climb- ing visits to Peru have allowed her to become deeply connected with the sacred mountains outside of Cuzco, and with the many medicine people also connected to this important work. Julie is currently offering shamanic workshops, as well as her shamanic services, throughout New England. Julie has been a ceramicist for approximately thirty years, has earned a BFA and a Masters Degree, and her artwork has be- come an extension of her shamanic work — its organic nature reflecting the reverence she has for Earth and Spirit.
