Bleep Test update EVERY TERM our students

complete the Bleep test as part of their PE lessons which measures their individual fitness levels.

The following tables show the current fit- ness levels of our students at Villiers. Students’individual results are being sent home as part of the Star Reports system, as it is important that parents and guardians, as well as the students are aware of this infor- mation, and understand that a long life is a fit and healthy one.

Scores must improve PE teachers and staff urge you to encour-

age your child to understand the importance of this, in order to improve these scores. The huge differences in scores speak for them- selves. Let’s see them improve significantly through taking more exercise and eating more healthily.

Remember...Healthy body, healthy mind!
