have two children, Harvey, 9, and Isabella, 7. The change came seven years ago, after a two year battle


to nurse their daughter.


She was born prematurely at 28 weeks and suffered life-threatening illnesses, back to health. Both Julie and Isabella almost lost their lives during the difficult birth, and Isabella was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at just 18 months old. It was at this point that Julie decided something must be done: “I spent the two years following her birth on a concoction of prescribed medicines and drugs that the doctors told me I would require for the rest of my life. Both my children seemed to roll from month to month on various antibiotics and none of us seemed to be getting any better, or seeing any benefit. So I decided to educate myself on natural alternatives, food, diet, nutrition, our immune systems and how our bodies work. I was really shocked to learn how harmful the chemicals in everyday items were - that we use on a regular basis without thought,” she said. This lead to some very drastic actions: “I ordered a skip to

delivered and I literally threw out all chemical containing products from our home. I gradually replaced these with all natural alternatives – the effect that this had on all the family was huge. Within just a matter of weeks, we all had more energy, picked up less bugs, no longer required antibiotics
