Although I love the taste of a good pepperoni pizza and toasted bacon sandwich, meat is something I rarely eat from day to day. I made the decision, therefore, to try vegetarianism for a week and see what affect it has on both my diet and health. Making the step to cutting meat is very simple - the rumours that it’s expensive, stressful and, above all else, less tasty are simply not true. Remembering I couldn’t eat meat did prove a challenge.
