considering Lords amendments to the Welfare Reform Bill. Labour have secured a number of concessions to improve the Bill but sadly all of the Lords amendments were overturned by the Government. The Parliamentary procedure known as "ping pong" kicks in where the amendments are further debated by each House and voted upon until one House wins.
