GRAHAM ANDREWS Executive Director Aged 52. Joined Avesco in 1986, and was appointed to the Board in 1994. He transferred to the Board of Avesco plc in 2004 and re-joined the Board in 2007. He has primary responsibility for Creative Technology which he established in 1986. He has 30 years’ experience in the live events industry.


DAVID NICHOLSON Executive Director Aged 60. Joined the Board of Avesco Group in 1995, transferred to the Board of Avesco plc in 2004 as Chief Executive and re- joined the Board in 2007. He has primary responsibility for the Group’s full services businesses. He previously held senior management positions at Rentokil Group plc and Aspen Communications plc


AMIRAM GINIGER Non-Executive Director (A, R) Aged 62. Joined Avesco Group plc as a non-executive director in December 2010. Having established Taya Communications in 1992, he is a major player in the Israeli content (video) market owning and operating the largest TV studios in Israel. He previously founded the second largest law firm in Israel; Goldfarb, Levy, Giniger & Co. – today called Goldfarb Seligman & Co. Admitted to the Bar in Israel and New York.
