> With a decade long history of providing event solutions for ScottishPower, MCL was approached directly by the company to provide a wide range of audio and visual products for a presentation that marked the opening of two new wind farms.
> The Audi Team triumphed at the 24 Hours Race in Le Mans for the third year running. CT provided live broadcast and streaming, LED, video and audio technology located in five positions around the race track venue for the team.
CT showed the live broadcast of both the Race and Race News in HD quality on LED screens and HD LC-displays in the Audi VIP guest lounges. The news production and numerous background information was delivered by CT utilising an array of broadcast equipment with various HD cameras, vision mixers, HD matrix switchers and multiple linear and non-linear editing suites, operating Avid and Final Cut Pro. In addition, the team from CT’s German operation in Stuttgart was responsible for the routing of 70 input signals, 180 output signals and the audio editing. Three remote studios at the race circuit were also linked to the production studio via satellite and fibre optic systems. Live streaming from the onboard cameras fixed to each of the three Audi R18 TDi race cars was also delivered exclusively to the Audi VIP guests’ mobile devices, courtesy of CT's streaming system.
> Fountain Television completed a second series of ITV’s challenging game show, ‘The Cube’, for Saudi Arabia and a third series for the UK hosted by Philip Schofield. The studio also worked with Gallowgate on the second series of Ant and Dec’s ‘Push the Button’, which was broadcast live in HD for the first time.
