The success story of the reopened Foresters Inn has continued with a busy festive season and the
managers and staff would like to thank customers for their support and look forward to welcoming them through the doors in 2012. Situated in the village of Lower Cumberworth, The Foresters offers a warm welcome and an open fire, as well as a wide range of ales and an extensive wine list. Whether you’re looking for a bar snack or an evening meal, the inn has an extensive new menu of traditional, hearty home-cooked food, from sandwiches to Sunday
roasts. Choose from à la carte or great value set menus.
The inn will be offering special set menus for Valentine’s Day and Mothers’ Day, but make sure you book early. And following the success of the Winter Ball, there is a Summer Ball planned for later in the year.

A magical setting at The Rose and Crown
If you’re planning a wedding or a function, there are few locations with the magical setting of the Rose & Crown in Slaithwaite. Tucked into the scenic hills of the Colne Valley, the inn offers a warm and friendly welcome, home-cooked food and a fine selection of real ales. Food is served every day from 12-8.30pm with an emphasis on quality, freshness and value for money. The beautifully restored barn combines restored original features with contemporary decor and has breathtaking views across the Yorkshire countryside.
Catering for up to 100 people (80 seated), this is a function room full of character, perfect for special occasions and wedding parties. For intimate gatherings, the cosy bistro seats up to 25 people and the stylish restaurant holds 40.
