EARN ACADEMIC CREDIT THROUGH SIUC FOR 2012 IMEA All-StAtE CONFERENCE PARtICIPAtION


One-three hours of graduate credit will be available through the School of Music of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.


LOOK FOR THE SIUC TABLE IN THE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION AREA OR THE SIUC EXHIBIT BOOTH FOR A SYLLABUS AND DIRECTIONS


Course requirements for 1 credit include:


1. Attendance at a minimum of 15 hours of conference workshops or concerts. 2. Completion of brief written responses to each workshop and concert attended. Sample questions will be provided as a guideline.


3. For those who want to earn 2 or 3 credits, you may design an independent study project that relates to your IMEA sessions.
