Newmark Breaks 31-Year Record with Benefit Home Sale. Newmark Homes’ Woodhaven – 1883.7 Plan is a 3,973 sq. ft., four bedroom, 3.5 bath, two-story home. With the sale of this 2011 GHBA Benefit Home, a new record was set for this annual fundraiser. When the home sold, the net proceeds were a record $336,250. See page 18 for details.
