The Woodhaven Plan
Newmark Homes’ Woodhaven – 1883.7 Plan is a 3,973 sq. ft., four bedroom, 3.5 bath, two-story home. There are two formals and the family room offers a double coffered ceiling. The large gourmet kitchen features a large island and a butler’s pantry. The luxurious master suite includes a sitting area, and the master bath has an oversized tub and two large walk-in closets. The spacious secondary bedrooms also offer walk-in closets. The whole family will enjoy an
oversized game room, media room with a theater package, a computer loft and a study. A cabana bath, sunroom, covered porch, hardwoods, stainless appliances and the multiple amenities and upgrades that will be incorporated into the design will offer something for everyone.
The second Benefit Home was built by David Weekley Homes in the community of Bridgeland. That home also sold recently. DWH donated construction management and the Howard Hughes Corp., the developer of Bridgeland, donated the homesite.
