tomer service and value that QAI provides. I learned of QAI’s excellent reputation when I was a component purchasing agent for an operator. The company’s repu- tation continues to grow and we have acquired several new customers that have 25-50 aircraft in their fleets. They’re currently utilizing us as a primary source of component repairs. Our customers have access to us 24 hours a day and they know our parts last longer on their aircraft,” Lowe said. Although demand is growing in the Middle East

and Asia, 100 percent of the repair work is completed in Pittsburgh. For this reason, QAI has planned to increase the size of its main office. “We have outgrown our facility five times. We currently have more than 10,000 square

feet at our primary location in

McKeesport (a suburb of Pittsburgh) and we are now planning to expand to over 20,000 square feet in the very near future,” said Mike Sieber, vice president. QAI also has a second site adjacent to the Greater Pittsburgh International Airport. “We have great customers and as we continue to

invest in our company, we increase our ability to profes- sionally serve them. We are very optimistic about the future and look forward to serving our customers well into the future,” added Bob Sieber. “We continue to remind our customers, ‘Thank you for the opportunity to earn your business!’” said Sieber. ◆
