Event Mission:We aim to deliver practical and timely information for the benefit of industry leaders and key financiers of forestry across the Australian and New Zealand sectors, focused on key factors affecting forestry and wood products industries future investment and profitability.


Audience: Directors, CEOs, senior managers and account executives in the finance and corporate services sectors focused on Australasia; providers of accounting, investment and other business services, and leaders and senior managers in forestry enterprises will all benefit from this two-day conference.

Details: It is important for all presentations to be unbiased and educational to the wider forest and forest products industry as well as to professional services & financial advisors to the industry in Australasia. Registration: The lead speaker will receive a complimentary registration for the two day conference and industry dinner.


Session Time: Although sessions can vary between 20 to 60 minutes, most sessions will be 30 minutes. The amount of time allocated and the scheduling of the session is at the discretion of the FIEA. This is based on how the session fits into the makeup of the speaking programme. It is important that all sessions start and finish within the allocated time.


Content: Please – No commercials! It is important that all content is presented as generically as possible. Feedback from attendees overwhelmingly shows that the "infomercial" approach can be a major turnoff.


• Use case studies and real-life examples. Provide actual accounts of experience by people in companies to make and support the main points of your story.


• Views expressed by all speakers are to be their own and be based on their own experiences.


Papers: All presenters are requested to provide photo, short biography, and a paper or PowerPoint presentation for inclusion in the conference media pack and website. Conference proceedings are published on-line and distributed electronically.
