Governor Glendening Joins MTLA at Beechfield Elementary for Bicycle Safety Helmet Presentation


Glendening shares with the children the importance of wearing a safety helmet at all times while riding a bicycle.


Representatives from Baltimore Safe Kids Coalition, MTLA Board Members and local dig- nitaries were on hand for the presentation and safety demonstration.
