Two evenings a week
at Atlantis Leisure Tuesdays at 6pm - Thursdays at 6.30pm - Please arrive 15 minutes early if it is your first session.
£2 per session - please pay at reception. 10 - 12 week training programme
This programme promises results and offers different training sessions which include - distance running, interval running, hill repitions and games. All sessions will include core exercises and stretching. All our programmes are designed to be gradual and progressive, no matter what your starting level there will be a programme to suit
Beginners are welcome
We have 2-3 Jog leaders in every training sessions. This means the class can be split into different abilities so you will never be out of your depth. All levels are welcome. We are here to give you the support you need to get started and to keep you motivated.

Race series Why not make your dedication and hard work worth while?
Whatever your fitness level there is an event for you to take part in! We organise our own 5K Challenge events in and around Oban. The next 5K to aim for is Ganavan on the 30th of August. There are hundreds of other events including walks, fun-runs, trail runs and road races taking place throughout the year.
