ANY OF us are trying to eat more healthy foods, cut calories and carbs and lose a few pounds. Health foods are generally more expensive than other types of foods. Why? Other compa- nies could be slapping a label on that says tastes great, kids love them, or meeting your hunger needs, but are they really healthy for you? On the other hand, not all foods that you pay more for are going to meet your needs in be- ing healthy foods. Some manufactures could charge more so you think that these are healthier products. Lean to read the labels and don’t pay more for in. Learn more about what a low carb is, what low calorie, or low fat is and then seek the prod- ucts that meet your own criteria for a healthy diet.
When you want to eat healthier and lose weight, what you should really be looking for are foods that are higher in nutritional value, often these are the foods that are going to give your body exactly what it needs, and these types of foods are going to make you feel fuller so you eat less other foods.
Constantly eating foods that do not give your body what it needs nutritionally, you will crave other foods to balance out your diet. Frozen foods are not always on the top of the healthiest list.
