2. Is the Annual Conference incorporated (¶603.1)? Yes 3. Bonding and auditing: What officers handling funds of the conference have been bonded, and in what amounts (¶¶618, 2511)? a) Te conference Treasurer’s office employees are bonded in the amount of $1,000,000 by the General Council on Finance and Administration. Te bonding is provided through our support of General Church apportionments


b) Volunteer Church Treasurers and District Treasurers will be covered by UMPACT insurance, since the AC voted for all churches to be in the UMPACT program. Bonding will be for $100,000. Tis is to meet the requirements of the Book of Discipline.
