Poker has proven popular World-wide, would you say that The Ritz Club is catering for this sector? Do you have regular tournaments? We do have regular tournaments, however our client base is small and very select.
Do you think that gaming sites on the Internet will have a place in or affect the future of The Ritz Club? No, these tend to appeal to the masses and are low- stake, high volume enterprises, which is almost the complete opposite of our business model.
The Ritz Club is known for table gaming obviously, but out of interest how many slots do you have and do you have any plans to increase on the existing amount? We only have four slot machines at The Ritz Club, their impact is minimal but they do provide a relaxing break and diversion for some of our members.
The role of Director of Operations carries with it a lot of responsibility. How do you relax in your spare time? Do you have you a particular hobby or preferred sport? Spare time?? I’m unfamiliar with that term! I spend the weekends with my family but have not found the time for a hobby yet. Seriously, I am always thinking about the Club and its members, it’s a 24/7 profession.
